Project Hallway

I have always wanted to learn to sew, but I have never taken the time to get past existing patterns, to make my own.

So, I have started this project to learn how to sew, tailor, pattern-make, drape, knit and crochet with Alexander McQueen as my mentor and guide. You can join me on Facebook.

In one year I am going to learn to sew by creating:

• 20 looks, one designer, Alexander McQueen, with a few Wildcards
  
• Wear all of these looks (outside of my home, somewhere),
• and report back here on all of the progress throughout.

  What a great idea! I love following your progress and hearing about your adventures in knitting/sewing. Right now I am working on 2 baby blankets, a felted handbag, and a baby hat. I will send you pictures of the completed projects when they are done.

  Hi there. I have the Vogue Givenchy pattern #2343 for sale if you’re interested. The pattern is uncut, factory folded, size 14-16-18. There is a water stain on the stop right corner. Please let me know if you’re interested in purchasing. Thank you very much.

  Wow- the new dress is beautiful. I am looking to make a McQueen skirt to match a jacket I have and was wondering where you buy the fabrics?
